Finding CPALMS Resources

• Find CPALMS Resources through Benchmarks
  Through the Standards Information System, you can Browse or Keyword Search to identify the benchmark for which you are looking for resources. Click on the benchmark to access the Benchmark page, where you will find the most up-to-date information about the benchmark, including the Related CPALMS Resources.

• Find CPALMS Resource through Courses
  Through the Course Information System, you can Browse or Keyword Search to identify the course for which you are looking for resources. Click on the course to access the Course page, where you will find the most up-to-date information about the course, including a list of Related Benchmarks with a link to Related Instructional Resources for each benchmark in the course that has Related CPALMS Resources.

  Through the browse/search resources section within the Resource Information System, you can browse or keyword search to identify resources you are looking for.

Create Standards-based Resources Using CPALMS Tools
All resources are submitted via online submission system and are rigorously reviewed by other educators and content specialists. When an educator submits a resource to CPALMS, additional information (metadata) about the resource is entered. This information will assist the system in categorizing resources and will assist other educators in identifying resources for which they are looking.

  CPALMS offers standards-based tools to create resources, such as lesson plans and formative assessment tasks, specific to Florida’s standards.

  4. Follow the step-by-step guide to align existing resources with Florida standards, create new resources specifically for Florida’s standards, and provide information about these resources to help others find resources.
